Senior VFX Artist

About the role

You’re the one who can own a shot from first idea to final delivery. Sketch your shot (however you like), build it in Blender (including creating, editing/remodelling assets for rendering), set up materials, camera and lighting for a realistic result, render, then assemble, composite and finish the shot in DaVinci Resolve and Fusion — combining CG renders with live-action footage, performing color grading, and delivering clean, color-safe finals.

You understand color and how to blend CG with live-action so the final shot feels real. You’ll work independently, and closely with the Art Director, to keep quality and intent on point.

Must have

  • Blender (strong 3D skills across layout, materials, lighting, rendering, geometry nodes is a plus)
  • DaVinci Resolve + Fusion (daily compositing and finishing)
  • Perfect eye for light, color, and realism; reliable, independent workflow

What we offer

  • Projects blending motion design and VFX (commercials + short-form)
  • Modern setup, budget for learning & plugins
  • Straight deals: fair senior compensation, transparent overtime
  • Sim-racing rig (WRC-ready) for resets between renders

How to apply

Send your portfolio or showreel to jobs@mangoshake.cz — that’s it.
